3G Productions Delivers Full-Scale Production Support for Sony Music Entertainment Sales Event

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – 3G Productions recently partnered with Sony Music Entertainment to provide comprehensive audio, video, and lighting support for a weeklong sales event in West Hollywood, transforming the venue into a dynamic presentation environment designed to engage attendees throughout a series of high-profile meetings and presentations.

At the center of the production were large-format 1.5mm LED video walls, delivering vivid, high-resolution imagery that provided a polished visual backdrop for presenters while reinforcing Sony Music's messaging throughout the event. Complementing the visual experience, an L-Acoustics audio system ensured clear, intelligible sound coverage for every presentation, keynote, and interactive discussion.

To enhance the atmosphere and elevate the overall production value, 3G deployed a lighting package featuring COLORado Solo Bar and COLORado 1 Quad fixtures, all controlled via a grandMA3 lighting console. The system allowed for a range of looks and visual transitions that adapted seamlessly to the changing content and pacing of the week.

Audience participation played a key role throughout the event, with 30 channels of Shure Axient Digital wireless microphones supporting presenters, panelists, and attendees during live Q&A sessions. The robust wireless infrastructure provided reliable performance and ensured every voice could be heard clearly across the room.
