LAS VEGAS, NV (August 2, 2026) - 3G Productions, a nationwide full-service live event production and integration company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Montealegre as Chief Financial Officer with Avi Natarajan as Corporate Controller as the company continues to expand its national footprint across touring, festivals, corporate events, automation and integration.
Jonathan Montealegre joins 3G Productions as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than a decade of finance leadership experience within private equity-backed, multi-entity organizations, including extensive work in live entertainment and production. His background includes leadership roles at where he served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Acting CFO during company ownership transition. At 3G, he will lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and capital management as the company continues to expand its rental and systems integration operations.
Joining the finance leadership team is Avi Natarajan, Corporate Controller, who oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, compliance, and financial planning and analysis. With extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting, Natarajan works closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, strengthen financial operations, and drive scalable growth across the organization.
These appointments further strengthen 3G's leadership team as the company continues to invest in the operational and financial foundation needed to support its growth across live events, systems integration, and production services.
